Returns + Exchanges

Returns 
If you wish to return a purchase, please notify us by email and return the item within 14 days from the initial delivery attempt. Unfortunately after this time we cannot offer a refund. 

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received and in re-sellable condition. It should also be in the original packaging if possible.

Please note, Gift vouchers are non returnable.


Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection your refund. The refund will be approved and processed via the original method of payment, within 4 - 7 working days. Notification will be provided.


Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. If the item you wish to have in exchange is lesser than the value of the original purchase, store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. Valid for 6 months.

Please note we offer 1 free delivery per transaction only. Unfortunately we cannot offer free postage on exchange delivery. When processing your exchange we will contact you to arrange payment for posting the replacement item. This will be charged at cost price only.


Returning your order 
Please contact me and I will send you the postage address. Please include customer name and order number with your return.

Please ensure that the package is fully insured and tracked as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage in transit.
