Paper Folding Workshop (Part 2) Sunday 8 March (13.00 - 16.00) The Studio, Glasgow

Level: Intermediate (students will ideally have already attended Part 1)

Venue: The Studio, 567 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6HU

Build on your existing folding skill and experience and join us for Part 2 of the Introduction to Paper Folding class. This course is suitable for students with some previous experience in paper folding and who wish to learn new techniques and more complex structures.

We will be looking at new ways to transform a sheet of paper into three dimensional forms and participants will learn various folding techniques and designs including spiral folds, flat pleats, herringbone and waterbomb tessellations. 

You’ll leave with skills, knowledge and lots of new ideas of items to fold for yourself at home in your own time.

A choice of colours of high quality paper will be provided as well as all tools, materials and refreshments.

Places limited to 6 people

Refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits) will be provided during the break.

The Studio is a 10-minute walk from Partick Train/Underground station. Parking is free across the road in the Whiteinch area.
